Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, with a small white head. Aroma is spices, some ginger, mild herbal and bready malts to it. Flavour is spicy, earthy, some ginger and mild peppery tones. Strange with no malty or hoppy flavours to it. Thin palate.

Plastic bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a lacing white head. Very spice aroma, first I thought ginger, but indeed it’s bay leaf. Medium body, very dry fruitiness and again a heavy spiciness. Ends pretty dry. 010411

1 L bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is distinct bay leaf herbal. Bitter, herbal and grassy. Distinct dry and bitter towards herbal. Nice though. Ends bitter and herbal.

Draught. At first the aroma seems gingery, then soapy. Refreshing, though. Hazy orange colour. Small stable creamy head. The flavour some of the same notes as the aroma. There is a little grapey bitterness, and a little hop bit, but not the real ginger burn. The soapiness in the flavour is a lot like woodruff. Strange, but interesting and not bad.
