Can from the Dojo.
Gold helles pour, with a spongy head. The nose starts with some toasty malt, then the smoke of an Edam cheese takes over. A nice smoked cheese and ham taste. Stands up alongside any of the Banberg beers, except perhaps for needing a bit more wood.
