Pours a mahogany brown colour with a small frothy beige head. The aroma is sweet roasted malts with hints of chocolate and red berries. A moderately sweet taste, sweet light roasted malts, cocoa powder and berry fruit flavours and a light drying roasted finish.

Gravity cask at Pigs Ear 2021 - Hackney. Pours clear brown with a frothy, light tan head. Medium sweet with pleasant bready malts, brown bread, semi-dark fruits, toast. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation; nice condition. Balanced finish. Solid.
