I think we’re all indebted to this West Coast IPA, not only is it authentic Cryo Citra, Cascade CGX, Magnum & Chinook, but it expresses an assertive bitterness and resinous, piney backbone little seen in this day and age.

Can from Cotteridge Wines; clear copper pour with a creamy beige head, aroma has resinous pine and caramel, taste has red fruits, toffee, resinous pine, quite bitter, almost in the red ipa territory

440ml can. Pours dark copper brown with a large head. Aroma is piney hedgerow fruits and toast. Taste has bitter pine and toast.

Keg @ North Westward Ho, Manchester. Deeper clear golden with a head. Fairly carbonated, this is impactful enough on its taste giving this full-bodied IPA a gaseous hoppy character.
