Unser feiner Weizenbock. Besonders gehaltvoll und vollmundig. Aromatisch im Geschmack. Ein starkes Stück Weißbier.

Small yellow head; hazy orange-foxy beer. Banana, sweet nose, bit indifferent. Sweet, very fruity taste, estery, the flavour yeast-intoned, with banana mainly, and solvent retronasal only. Very slick, wheatslickness, near full-bodied. Not a bad Weizenbock, maybe the relatively low 6.5% does it disservice.

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, mid-sized stable rocky off-white head; wheat, caramel and dried fruits in the aroma; medium bodied, moderate to solid sweet flavour with a tinge of sourness; dark malt, wheat and dried sweet fruits in the finish plus a tinge of alcohol. A good, moreish Weizenbock................

(bottle) Cloudy, bright amber colour with a big and dense foamy, light-beige foamy head. Sweet and pruney, slightly citrus-fruity wheaty nose with light toasted elements and shy spicy notes. Sweet favour with light acidic notes, medium to full bodied with a mildly carbonation. Wheaty, slightly toasted taste with a berry-like fruit character; sweet and minimal sour-fruity finish with a lasting wheaty and fruity aftertaste. Smooth and deceptive Weizenbock (23.07.08).
