Clear golden. Strong, but not quite as strong tasting as you might expect. The fruit is not very stated, but is evident. I got a fair amount of ginger in its aroma, but more so in its taste - not sure if I was supposed to or not.

On tap at Bree Louise with Sarah. Pours a clear gold with a white soapy head that dissipates completely and immediately. Aroma has a nice note of light sweet pear with a nice crispness. Flavor starts with crisp sweet pear with a bit of underlying grass to add a bit of bitterness.

Bag at the Willow Walk, JDW, London. Pours a very faintly hazy yellow with no head. Dank pear nose with some tangy fruits. Big sweet flavor with loads of ripe pear, straight sugar, faint zippy vinegar. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Lightly warming on the finish with faint spices and super sugary pears. Very one-dimensional.

Bag-in-the-box at The Globe, King’s Lynn
Deep blond color, flat. Very light fruit aroma. The mouthfeel is almost oily; it has more body than usual perries, with some light but fresh pear juice flavor; a bit woody, bitter and alcoholic in the end.
Just too hard cider for me, but not bad.
