Een friszuur witbier als Kettle Sour biertype. Dit bijzondere bier heeft een flinke friszure en verfrissende smaak met kefir en citrus-achtige tonen. Stevig zuur troebel bier, laagalcoholisch en boordevol grapefruit, pompelmoes en tropisch fruit.

De bereiding van dit bier onder hoge gisting is arbeidsintensief en vindt in meerdere stappen plaats. Wordt 1 x per jaar in de vroege zomer gebrouwen.

Draft - Soured lemon and lime notes. Cloudy gold with a rich white head. Soured lemon and a nice clean finish. Basic, but just right.

Tap at LiB festival. Murky light golden with big white head. Lemon, lemongrass, light lime, a bit of dough and corn. Medium sour and light sweet. Under medium bodied. Quite nice.

On tap at Stadsbrouwhuis, Leiden - Cloudy yellow body, little or no head. Nose is citric, sour crab-apple. Taste is harsh, clean, sour. All it said on the pump-clip.

On tap at In Arendsnest, Amsterdam. Pours pale golden with large white head. Fruity, citric, lactic, moderate to strong acidity, soft carbonation. Light bodied.

On tap at Kimchi 2016. Very hazy pale yellow with a big white head. Aroma of big passionfruit and light citrus hoppy notes. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with soft carbonation. [13/08/2016]

Tap. Milky yellow color with white head. Aroma is maracuja, wheat, and some milky yeast. Taste is more maracuja, yoghurt, milky yeasts, not too sour. Nice, a bit too milky for me.
