Shared 500 ml bottle. Orange to amber colour, large to moderate off-white head. Aroma of yeast and infection, some malts and a hint of caramel in the background. The flavour has some hops and a hint of spices, but again: there is an infection going on here.

Endelig er det tid for RBHD-møte, denne gangen ombord på Fridtjofen, og vi er i gang med å pleie diagnosen (Repetitive Beer Hunting Disorder): lett uklar rødlig kobber med fint skum som varer. Syrlig aroma og smak med røde bær, besk citrus og ikke mye mer å nevne. Kanskje bortsett fra den litt pussige ettersmaken. Lite maltsmak. Kan denne også være infisert? Juleøl??? Ikke så mye som et lite snev av julestemning her. 0,5 flaske.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 30.11.19. Clear orange amber,. Foamy beige head. Aroma of red berries and infection. Taste of some sweet malt, dried fruits and berries. Dry mouthfeel and hints of infection in aftertaste.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, dark amber color. Aroma is sweet sour-ish fruity, sap, sour grass, sour caramel, soil, weeds, strawberry jam, minerals, berry skin, butterscotch. Taste is dry sour-ish mineraly, sap, weeds, minerals, sour grass, paper, hay, sour caramel, fruit stones, soil, hints of strawberry jam and butterscotch. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mineraly mouthfeel. Meh!
