Bottle shared with JMD and JFE at Lilland bryggerihotell 24.07.19 while at Tau slipp & båtbyggeri with Fridtjofen. Translucent mahogany. Medium small head. Aroma and taste of corints, caramel, syrup. madeira and plums. Also some sourness.

500 ml bottle, batch #1005, as Lilland Dobbel Bock, at the brewpub. ABV is 7.2%. Fermented at high temperature, a bad idea. Moderately hazy mahogany colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of yeast, malts, caramel, over-ripe plums and other over-ripe fruits, hints of mild spices. The flavour has distinct notes of malts and caramel, hints of mild spices, some fruitiness, moderate Czech hops.

0,5 flaske på Lilland bryggerihotell, delt med skibsrederen mens vi hadde Fridtjofen på slipp juli-19: brunlig mahogny med ok skum. Søtlig førsteinntrykk med korinter, sviskeplommer, madeira og bark.. Mild bitterhed og noe bærsødme i eftersmagen.
