Dag 2 med Fridtjofen på slipp, Tau juli-19. 0,5 flaske delt med skibsreden på Lilland hotell. Uklar brunlig kobber med ok skum. Aroma av brunsukker, overmodne plommer og melkesjokolade. Smaken likeså, nokså enkel til å være en belgisk dubbel/strong ale. Lav bitterhed og kort ettersmak.

Bottle shared with JMD at Lilland Bryggerihotell 23.07.19. Mahogany. Persistent beige head and lacing. Aroma and tatse of Belgian yeast, brown candy sugar, medium dark malt and overripe plums. Tastes stronger than it is.

Sample at the brewpub / hotel. Deep red colour, off-white head. Aroma of terpentine and brown sugar. Tastes stronger than it is. Malty flavour with notes of brown sugar, dark dried fruits and mild spices. Warming mouthfeel.
