750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV is 7.5%. Extremely pale colour, probably the palest cider I've ever seen, looks nearly like sparkling water. Pours sparkling with a large but very shortlived white head. Aroma and flavour of Norwegian Aroma pale eating apples, distinct apple notes, but a bit one-dimensional. Hints of sulphites. I am not convinced that cidermaking ought to be done with a single variety of eating / dessert apples.

09.10.2018, 0,75l bottle @ home:
Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light straw colored. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, apple cores, apple peel, sorrel, sour apples, citrus peel, grass, flowers, hay. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour apples, sorrel, apple cores, grass, citrus, flowers, hay, alcohol, apple peel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.
