Draught at Bryggerifestivalen, thanks to Yngwie for sharing Hazy golden body under a low white head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Moderate fruity aromas, peaches to it. Mid-dry fruity flavours, hints of Belgian yeast strain, and grassy hops. Mid-dry fruity ending. Just okay (Trondheim, 01.08.2025).

Bottle. The colour is hazy bronze with a big off-white head that fades fast. Aroma of phenols, cloves, hay, vinegar, rowanberries, apricots and some forest floor. Flavour of forest floor, vinegar, gooseberries, bread and pine. Has a slick mouth feel, light to medium body and a light bitterness. The infection creates an interesting aroma but the flavour is unbalanced.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Sigmund´s 24.02.17. Muddy straw colour. Off-white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of pale malt and coriander. Tastes more like a wit than a saison.

Shared 500 ml bottle at local tasting. Cloudy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of grain, dust and orange peel, Not sure I could detect the peaches if I did not know they should be there. The flavour is fairly fruity, more citrus than peaches. Some mild spicy notes.

Flaske delt på RBHD-treff hos Sigmund feb-17: lett uklar korngylden med kort skum. Krydret aroma og smak med koriander, citrus og jordtoner. En frisk og god saison. Fersken kjenner jeg ikke.

Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry floral, weeds, yeast, hay, flowers, minerals, old rope, popcorn, old grass, grain, hints of metal tank. Taste is kind of neutral, weeds, metal tank, yeast, sour grass, minerals, paper, flowers. Medium bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Meh!

Tåkete gulbrun med fingerhøyt eggegult skum. Lukter sitrus, blomster, fudge, noe smør og honning. Lett til medium fylde. Fruktig start mot sitrus, kort lett bitter fra mitten og ut. Floralsk. Litt tørr.
