Cask@GBBF2010. Golden colour, small creamy head. Aroma is caramel, some bread and mild fruity and floral hoppyness. Flavour is caramel malts, wood, earth, grass and actually quite pleasant.

Cask at pub in Greet, Glos’, 07.08.10 momentarily forgotten the pub name Pours golden in colour, whilst far from great its better than I was expecting. Nice white head atop, simple refreshing summery beer, crisp & fresh with reasonable citrus bitterness. Really not bad at all. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov12 3.1

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight butterish. Fruity, mild peachy and slight citrusy. Bitter and slight sweet at the same time. Goes gradually more bitter and dry into the finish.

Cask at the Goose, Bracknell. Amber with a thin white head; crisp, citrus flavour but lacking finish, an OK bitter, but nothing more.( 5/1/2010 5/3/5/2/10=2.5)
Cask at the Rose & Crown (Marstons), Stanley Moor, Staffordshire, as Rose & Crown Ale. A lively pour settling out with a dense white head over a pale amber body; citrus aroma; rather thin with a citrus taste; and a gentle bitter finish, that came into its own alongside a rather good Steak & Ale pie. A good accompaniment for food, but not really a session ale (30/03/2016 6/4/6/3/12=3.1)
