English: Sampling and rating beers is so much more than just getting on to the next beer. A very important part is going back to your favorite beer and sharing it with friends. I want to thank all my friends that have helped me reach the milestone of 20,000 ratings and given me great insight into the magical world of beer. I wish I could share this beer with all of you, since the beer you have in your hand is my new favorite. I hope you like it as much as I do. Enjoy!

Draft @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity fresh hoppy and slightly yeasty aroma with hints of citrus. Sweetish malty fresh hoppy bitter citrus flavor. Has a sweetish fruitty malty hoppy bitter citrus finish with hints of yeast in the aftertaste.

Bottled. Clear golden color, medium frothy white head. Aroma of grassy and citrussy hop, wheat, hint of honey, some sweet cheesy notes like some classic saisons also have. But it smells more fresh than the typical saison. Quite bitter taste, slight hint of sweetness. Bit of an unusual combination, but I actually kinda like it!

Bottled 330ml (Pikkulintu, BB 02/2012)
Clear golden color, small steady white head. Leathery, grassy sticky aroma. Medium-bodied. Grassy, hoppy, some herbal hayish flavors. Nettles, lots of nettles (thanks Jukka)! Not Belgian saison, maybe more American.

(Draught at Hilpeä Hauki, Helsinki, 20110401) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was quite large and white. Aroma had spices, a lot of hops and also fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied and a little bit dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were hops, fruitiness, spices, sourness, bitterness and mildly saltiness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A really nice and surprisingly good balance between the hoppiness and spiciness.

Huge, very dense & fine just-yellowish head over clear coppery-golden beer; Superbly fruity hops’ nose, with passionfruit, lytchee, sweet grapefruti and orangepeel.Orangemarmalade, with rather restrained bitterness, and green tea, seasoned with again orange. Very aromatic flavours. Retronasal more fruity esters, and a bit of solvent, especially warming up. Light, rather refreshing. Very spritzy carbonation. Excellent IPA with indeed some Saison characteristics. Schol, Jens!

On tap at Christian Firtal, again and again. Hazy golden with a ig and firm lasting white head. Aroma of lime peel and lemon, spices and herbs, and hay on a summer field. Bone dry, crisp flavour with a great mix of complex saison fruit and spice and American citrus hops leading to a bitter finish.

OBottle at ACBF. Hazy gold beer, big creamy off white head. Pleasant mild hop nose. Softish palate, a little dry. Pleasant mild sour malt with well balanced fresh hops. Trace of sherbetty fruit in the finish - orange and pineapple. A very nice Saison and for me a stand out beer at the festival.

Bottle at ACBF 2011. Pours clear, light gold with a goamy head. Grassy, lemon rind aroma. Faint bready sweetness in the flavor with more rindy bitterness. Medium in body with effervescent carbonation. Some fruit in the finish, great hops and some lemon. Great beer.
