A collaboration braggot (beer-mead hybrid) with Hive Mind Meadery, using their own wildflower honey that brings notes of bramble, lime, and mint from their local flora in South Wales. We then added a bit of Yorkshire influence by blending in a large dose of rhubarb!

Bradford Beer Festival 2024. Hazy blonde in colour. Has a light fruitiness, a week hoppiness but this matters little as it's a fair session style ale.

Lovely sweet honey aroma, rhubarb comes through and stops it being overly sweet in flavour. Very enjoyable!
