Bomber from Boise Co-op. Dark golden, with sudden high head, which rapidly dissipates. First knock, the style needs to hold a big head. Aroma is in the ballpark, yeast, cloves. Taste carries these notes forward, sweet, slightly savory. Slick mouthfeel. Peppery finish.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of mflat and fruit, leading to a dry finish, where the fruit note lingers.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of ditmier. Pours a cloudy yellow with a white head. The nose is a little rough, some almost smoky phenols, yeast and fruit. Medium body, first your typical Tripel notes of sweet fruit and yeast and then comes some rough woody notes leaving again some phenols. The finish has some alcohol heat. Not sure what to mean about this. 230211

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a hazy yellow body and a fading white head. Aroma has a bit of must, horse-blanket, dryness, spices, pear and apple. Taste is light brett, dry apple, dried fruits and wine. Light bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel. Low residual sweetness. With the brett in the bottle I sampled, it seems more like a strong Orval clone than a triple to me.

Pours dark golden color with white head. Belgian yeast and spices in the aroma and flavor. Some fruitiness. Oak is barely noticeable. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

courtesy of BA trader. Pours golden with a thick white head. Aroma had good hints of Belgian Tripel, some hints of yeast, hops and grains. Oak was very subdued and added some faint touch of oak. Flavor, some fruits, light barrel mouthfeel. Some yeasty elements with banana, thick grainy mouthfeel remains sweet, esters with oak wood.
