Bottle shared in London - picked up in Hackney. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a frothy, white head. The nose has light minerality, pale grains, hay. Light sweet flavour, more pale grains, biscuits, lemon peel. Light bodied with average carbonation. Dry finish, with more biscuits, dried white bread, hints of meringue. So so.

Bottle split at Hackney Levels, thanks to Fergoose, 31/05/17. Hazy light yellow to faint gold with a decent white cap of bubbles. Nose is lemon rind, light spice, straw, white grape, breads. Taste comprises grape must, spice, faint citrics, toasted grains, bready malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stuff.

Bottle at LKS. Cheers Fergy. It pours hazy pale gold with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, sticky, oily, gooseberry, stone fruits, floral and white bread. The taste is dry, bitter, minerals, lemon rind, gooseberry, white bread, stone fruit, white grape and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Decent for style.

Bouteille 75cl split 5 ways with the Unper100 crew, Fiera Forli beerfest pre-tasting. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est houblonné, noble allemand laissant qcq pointes herbacées et fruitées. Palais garde ce profil type allemand de part ce houblonné noble, pointe d’amertume modérée ponctuée par un léger épicé. Fruité arrive en fin de bouche offrant ce caractère type citronné amer. Pas spécialement le meilleur effort de Toccalmatto.

Trockener Beginn mit an Apfel erinnernde Noten. Im Mittelteil wird das Bier getreidig, bleibt dabei aber trocken. Daran können die aufkommenden Bitternoten natürlich nichts ändern, blumige Hopfennoten wären hier schön. Etwas langweilig. 10/9/8/8/13/8

Bottle. Hazy dark yellow with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, wheat, hops, little grainy and hop. Flavour is malt, fruit, high carbonation, hops, wheat, citric, little citrus and a little bitter.

Bottle. Tasted blind @ yespr. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with some bitter hints. Has a dry fruity malty grainy finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a some black sediment floating around under a thin white head. The aroma has notes of fruit and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and yeast. The body is light.

Bottle 75cl. @ yespr blindtasting. [ Bottle #2. ]Unclear medium grey yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, buttery - soapy hops, dry.
