Bladder Bag at the GBBF Winter 2023 Festival, day 2 at Burton On Trent Town Hall, 17/02/23. Clear golden with a thin off white cap. Nose is sweet apple, sugars, straw, light funk. Taste comprises apple pie mix, tannins, grains, straw, light funk. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent.

BIAB at the Chesterfield Alehouse. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, straw, some funk and tannins. Medium bodied, lpw carbonation, sweet finish. Quite drinkable

Cask @ NWAF 14, Derby. Mid to dark gold, slightly cloudy. The sour, woody aroma of a good scrumpy. Sweeter taste than expected with a bitter/sour kick coming in later. Wood comes through in the flavour. An excellent cider.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Light unclear light yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apple. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart andsweet apples, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20100804]

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy yellow colour, no head. Aroma is dry and sweet apples with some mild spices. Flavour is being quite similar. A bit mouthdrying.
