Bottle at home. Pours a clear deep bronze colour with no head. Aroma of honey, creme brule�, anise, brown sugar, cardamom, liqueur and cloves. Not far from Scandinavian gl�gg. Flavour of creme brule�, cloves, cardamom and brown sugar. Has a sticky mouth feel, full-bodied and no bitterness. Maybe not a classic mead but a solid sipper anyway. Spicy, complex and sweet.

Sampled. Very herbal, Jägermeister, lemon, sherry and marsala. Mild dry sourness, boozy sweetness. Lots of alcohol in this.
