Clear amber, lasting big offwhite head. Malty, woody and slightly meaty smoky aroma. Medium sweet malty flavour, smoky, more woody than meaty although it has some bacon fatty sweetness. Malty sweetness in the finish. Quite drinkable.

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours clear golden with a white head, some light lacings. Aroma of malt, light caramel, light meaty smoke, bacon, light fruit. Flavor is mildly bitter, malt, light caramel, fruit, smoke, meat, bacon. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light bitter mildly bitter smoked finish. 120525

0.44 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before January 2026. A little hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, quite smoky and a little fruity aroma of caramel, toasted nuts, sauerkraut, smoked eel and some sultanas. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite smoky and a bit fruity taste of caramel, toasted nuts, grains, smoked eel, some sauerkraut, light honey and traces of sultanas, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant Rauchbier.
