On tap at La Fine Mousse Bar, Paris, Friday 2nd September 2022 and prior to our wonderful food and beer pairing meal. Pours gold, hazy with a super slim white head, the first thing I get is a real soapy hoppiness in the mouth, there is a peach or actually might be apricot fruity touch, light sourness, Brett but the soapy edge is a little too much. It is a grower and I eventually quite like it but just struggle with the soapy hoppiness.
