Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. Thanks to Ang. It’s got a great aroma, some toffee, not too bitter in mouth and good hop though mabe a touch too sweet. Good aroma.

5th August 2010. GBBF.
Hazy brown beer. Little suddy tan head. Smooth and fairly lo carbonation palate. Rich caramal malt - slightly syrupy. Piney sweet hops. Sweet pineapple and some subtle citrus. A warming dry finish. Pretty full on IPA - could do with some fresher hop flavours but it’s pretty good.

From cask. Pours cloudy dark orange with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is caramelish and mild grapefruity. Sweet caramelish, a bit cloying. Quite fruity, citrusy, peachy and dominantly grapefruit. Bitter and sweet finish. Dry into the far finish.
