21/8/2026. Cask at The Orange Tree, Chelmsford, 2026 Summer Beer Festival. Good pour. A very buttery sweet golden. Marmalade notes. Some bitterness comes through but doesnโt lose that initial cloying sweetness. Not a bad beer but not really my cup of tea.

500ml bottle from local shop. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, toffee, dried fruit. Taste is sweet, malty, mashy, bready, toffee, with some dried fruity notes and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
