With the colder nights drawing in we've decided now is the perfect time to unleash our latest barrel-aged release.
Flavourtown 2 is a rich and indulgent imperial porter, originally brewed alongside the Queer Brewing Project to celebrate their second birthday.
Over the past year we've been carefully ageing a super-limited amount of this brew in Bourbon Barrels, and the result is something pretty special.
Expect leading notes of cacao, hedgerow fruit & toffee, with a delicate yet boozy finish.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 8
Keg @ Salt Beer Factory, Saltaire. Black with a thin head. Its strength is obvious but the barrel-ageing here just dominates this so it is a flavoursome porter with some sweetness about it.
