Den er brygget med Styrian humle og gæret med belgisk klostergær. Hvedemalt giver blødhed og kompleksitet. Remstrup Å er navnet på den del af Gudenåen der løber fra Brassø til Silkeborg.
De belgiske klosterbryggerier brygger blonde til deres cafeer for at kunne tilbyde gæsterne en venlig øl, der er egnet som aperitif og som ledsager til mad. Remstrup Blonde har fået al den tid er er nødvendig for at skabe en sådan øl.

50 cl bottle @ Maastricht, BBE 30.01.2016. Thanks Zita & Hans! Lots of foam when pouring. Aroma has grass, grainy malt and hay. Flavour has apricot, minerals and menthol notes. Also grass in the finish. Decent, not that Belgian.

Sample from 50 cl. bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a medium sized, white head. Sweet aroma with fruits, yeasts, citrus, spices and light wheat malts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes with fruits, yeasts and a very vague bitterness.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, fruits, little yeast, sugar and hops.

Draught. Spicy aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour has hay, mild bitterness, a little grain. Had some plastic mouthfeel to begin with, but that fades away. Good mouthfeel, chalky and dusty.

Draught at Cafe Ewald Silkeborg. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy and moderate yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter nice fruity flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. creamy palate. Nice clean belgian blonde. And the burger was great but expensive.
