We've teamed up with traditional family brewers, JW Lees, for our modern twist on an old-school classic.
True to tradition, our Ruby Mild has an extensive and impressive grist base, which creates a delightfully malty aroma mixed with light roasted notes.
Combine this with sweet caramel, light toasted notes - created by the use of their house yeast. This particular yeast strain was first developed in the 1960's and has been used throughout their beers over time. It creates a distinct yeast character within the beer, along with a slight funk smell on the nose.

Bradford Beer Festival 2023. Hazy darker-amber with a head. Quite full tasting for its strength, although not a typical mild, nevertheless its hoppy-fruity infusion is tasty.
