Keg @ Gas Lamp, Manchester. Hazy pinkish-red with a thin head. Red berry flavoured sour, but low in both respects.

Tap at brew By Numbers. A clouded plummy red coloured pour with a a fine loose pinkish head. Aroma is sour yogurty funk, sour milk, prickly berries, fruit culee, woody blackberry. Flavour is composed of pithy yogurt, mellow sweetness. Blackberry, blueberry, mellow funk, pinch of salt. Palate is semi sweet, tart, mineral, prickly carbonation. Pithy drying finish.
