We exercise restraint in adding Czech Saaz hops in the kettle, which boosts seasonal dried date aromas, a welcome bitterness & a warming, dry finish. Ridge Tree pours dark, but at 4.5% ABV, it drinks like a hearty & flavorful, light lager.
