Mildly hazed with a few spiced particles floating around, a golden-yellow colour with a white cap, decent retention and leaving some foamy lacing spots. Lemon zest aromas with some light oats and a herbal touch. Flavours continue into the citrus zest-peel with some well-blended grassiness from the hops. Some decent bitterness and dryness in the mouthfeel. Not getting much pineapples from the Nectaron hops, more citrus from the Citra and Mosaic. Still, a good Session NEIPA that does down well.

Can, 473 ml, via Ian Guénard (merci! ) on October 1, 2023, savoured on October 17, 2023; eye: lemon with a golden hue, cloudy, no effervescence, ring and island of off-white head, no lacing; nose: citrus, pineapple, light pine; mouth: citrus, pineapple, light pine, light astringency, slight acidity, semi-dry citrus finale with slight presence of acidity, medium-light body, good carbonation, lightly sweet, slick and lightly fleshy texture; all in all: fine FRANÇAIS
Canette, 473 ml, via Ian Guénard (merci!) le 1 octobre 2023, savourée le 17 octobre 2023; œil : citron avec une teinte dorée, voilée, pas d’effervescence, anneau et île de mousse blanc cassé, pas de dentelle; nez : agrumes, ananas, léger pin; bouche : agrumes, ananas, léger pin, légère astringence, très légère acidité, finale semi-sèche en agrumes avec très légère présence d’acidité, corps moyen-léger, bonne carbonatation, légèrement sucrée, texture coulante et légèrement charnue; en résumé : bien
