Bottle thanks to Homer! Pours kind of hazy orange, with a large creamy off-white head that dissipates slowly with good lacing. Aroma is full of apples, agree with Homer that its kind of a Jolly Rancher / warhead kind of thing. Sour mash and a bit of dust. Flavor is fairly tart and full of lemony sour mash and green apples. Some residual sweetness as well. Quite a full body for a berliner - kind of scared to check the bottle for the ABV. Not bad.

Damn sour but strong apple and nice complexity.

For anyone who's wondering, an apple berliner weisse basically tastes like a cider. Apple and some bread yeast. Tangy finish - mouth puckering. Tap at brewery.
