Cask@ The Philarmonic, Liverpool. Orangey looks with a small off-white head. Some fragrant grassy hop, biscuity malt and citrus fruit character in the nose and taste departments. Dryish bitter finish. Straightforward and downable.

Cask-conditioned at the Bristol Flyer, Bristol 25/03/2011. Amber with a decent, off-white head. Sweetish malts, orange and floral hop aroma. Flavour had plenty more fruitiness, an earthy edge and hoppy, dry finish. Good.

Full pint, cask, hand-pulled at Woodins Shades near the Liverpool Street station. Copper coloured body with a loose, white head leaving lacework behind. Moderate aroma of tea-like hops and fresh fruits. Sappy grapefruits in flavour followed by a decent bitter tail. Just the right refreshing and thirst quenching beer after a long journey from Tromsø to London, 19.03.2011.

Cask at the Old Fountain, London. Clear, rich gold pour with a strong, foamy head. Floral hops in the nose with grass and some light toast malts. Quite a bitter flavor, marked by mild citrus, grass, metal and strawe, with light, bready malts. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with earthy hops, green grass, canteloupe or melon, slight toast. Hops really clinging to my throat. Decent.

Cask at the White Lion, Aldershot. Amber with a thin white head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass; fresh hoppy aroma with a touch of honey; big hoppy flavour with some grapefruit and honey, the texture is soft and oily; the finish continues the hoppy theme and is slightly spicy. Very pleasant and very moreish.
