The latest entry into the triangles series continues with Simcoe. Created out of the need for us to continually explore the nuances of certain hop varietals, the triangles series allows us to thoughtfully experiment with an often singular set of variables that we force ourselves to live within. Always the same grist and always our house ale yeast culture. Through this self-induced restriction, we find Simcoe opening up with the bright pink grapefruit pulpy melon citrus, culminating into our considerably soft finish.

Keg at Mother Kelly's E2 - London. Pours cloudy gold with a small, creamy white head. Well rounded, nice juicy tangerine, mango and apricot, soft piney bitterness. Medium bodied, lightly oily, with fine carbonation. Subtle warmth in the finish, citrus rind, soft pine, background pale bread. Solid. Drinks very easily.
