En 2024, notre maître-brasseur a passé 2 semaines au cœur du pays de la bière pour perfectionner ses techniques et enrichir ses connaissances des bières tchèques. Le résultat de ce voyage nous offre une Pilsner authentique, brassée selon des méthodes 100 % traditionnelles avec des ingrédients d’exception.

Clean, golden colour with a few slow bubbles for carbonation, a white cap, average stay and a foamy ring left. Good cereal grain aromas with some mild sweetness, and hints of spiciness, herbal notes. This continues in the taste quite nicely. Refreshing, yet still a little thicker, but enough light hops to cut the finish, slowly. Not a bad Světlý Ležák 12 overall, but wish it had a tad more hops to cut a bit more the thickness.
