Dark ale with moderate hops, tastes more like a brown ale than a black IPA. Some chocolate notes, but not strong.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A brown beer with no head. The aroma has strong notes of hops and lemon. The flavor is sweet with strong ntoes of lemons on the tongue, leading to a bitter finish.

Muddy dark brown beer with a tan coloured suddy head. Semi dry palate, low carbonation. Sweetish beer! Sweet malt well blended with sweetish hops. Repressed orange and pineapple. A little petrol! Finishes over dry.

Pours from the growler a watery, translucent, dark brown with a cloudy, white head. Nose is malty, breads, chocolate, yeast. Flavor is sweet, bready, yeasty, crackers, chocolate, light bitterness. A little orange peel at the end. Medium bodied, lightly dry. A very odd nose on this.
