Flaskepost fra en god venn (gjett hvem?): uklar og nærmest fargeløs med bruseskum. Pussig aroma av gjær, kokte epler og bjørkeskog. Smaker heldigvis mye bedre - frisk og luftig med mer preg av hylleblomst enn epler. Slank og med søt avslutning, og min svenske reiting nr. 500.

Blank med flyktig hvitt skum. Lukter gjær og noe bakt eple. Lett. Smaker gjær, bakt eple og noe hylleblomst. Middels lang.

33cl bottle from Systembolaget, Gävle. Pours very pale straw coloured without any head. Mild fruity and floral aroma with apples and elderflowers. Sweet and soda-like, but still drinkable.

Flaska från SB. Något torrare än sötsliskig-cider med flädersmak. Inte jättemycket mer att säga.

Clear yellow color with a small bubbly head. Medium light body. Slightly sweet and a light bitterness. Fruity and flowery aroma. Apples and elderflower flavor. Probably ok when it is boiling hot outside. Otherwise….not.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.Clear light light green yellow color almost cristal clear water with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate elderflowers - flowers, light apple, medicine - gaze notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, elderflowers more than apples. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is lively. [20110123]

Bottle, 4.5%. Dusty aroma, OK hint of real elderflower. Clear water colour. Big fizzy white head, very unstable. The flavour is rather sweet, but has a good note of real elderflower. OK vinous aftertaste. Still, more like an alcopop than cider.
