13/VII/2012 - 33cl bottle from De Bierloods / Zytholoog (Adegem) @ home - BB: VI/11 (2012-717)
Clear blond to light orange beer, small irregular off-white head, unstable, adhesive leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, lots of (canned) peaches, honey, a bit of sherry, cork, some alcohol noticeable. MF: soft to no carbon, light to medium body. Taste: pretty sweet start, honey, dried fruits, orange peel, some lemon juice, almost lemonade even, and spices, but very subtle. Aftertaste: hay, little bitter, orange peel, some honey, almonds and marzipan. This beer has aged very well, like it!

Bit fluffy, just off-white head, fed by lively, very finely-carbonated, unclear yellow-orange beer. Glue, solvent, pickles. Definitely yeasty off-aromas, bit of parsley. Liqueurish, alcoholimpression (5.5 ABV only!), faint glue; estery. Sweet with a spice-like bitterness; rootspices, oxydated malts. Spritzy MF, quite slick, medium bodied. There are some issues with this beer. Ought to do better.
