Cask at Famous Royal Navy Volunteer, Bristol. Pours clear copper amber with an off white head. Aroma: bready malts, rye, grassy, caramel, hint of citrus. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, orange marmalade, grainy, caramel, toffee. Medium body, soft carb, dry light bitter finish.

6 3 6 3 12 Craft at Beer Emporium, Bristol. Clear amber brown with a small off white head. Aroma is floral with rye, toffee and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with very soft carbonation.

Cask at Crown and Kettle. Pours a clear reddish copper with a near white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a combination of rye and bread with a hint of grass backing. Flavor has rye and bread throughout with some grain backing.

Cask (gravity) @ NBF 2016 [ The 41th. Nottingham Beer Festival (The 9th Robin Hood Beer and Cider Festival) ], Nottingham Castle, Friar Lane, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EB. [ As Good Chemistry Redstart Rye ].Unclear medium red amber colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye, caramel, moderate hoppy, grapefruit, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, caramel, marmalade hops, sweet malt, orange. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20161015] 6-3-7-3-13

Fra gravicask på bryggeriet 29 Apr 17. Dyprødbrun. Uklar. Anonym fruktaroma. Smaken har det samme lette preget. Svakt syrlig ettersmak.

Gravicask at the brewery tap room, shared with Finn. Red-brownish in body appearance, near clear. Spotty lacing from a dissipating off-white head. Bread on the nose, hints of dark fruits. Rye fruity flavours with a backdrop of caramel. Malt-fruity end. Smooth and fine bodied. Pleasant. (Attending East Bristol Brewery Trail 29.04.2017).

Cask-conditioned at the White Rabbit, Bristol 15/7/2016. Deep amber in colour, with a frothy, off-white, head. Aroma of red berries, citrus hops and earthy malts. Flavour was similar, with spicy rye, more fruit and a dryish finish. Pleasant drinking.
