A simple pale golden ale.
All pale malt, from North Norfolk and Warminster; no colour malts.
Hopped with Apollo, Bravo and Citra, with the Citra in dry hop; hence the ABC... Simple hop additions, nothing complicated. as easy as ABC.

From a jug in BrewWharf. Gold, clear, thin off white bubbles. A little sweaty sox hops on aroma. Really quite dry on the finish. A little bit of nettle on the finsih. Quite astringent. Like licking a nettle stalk, but in a good way. Interesting and arresting. Definitely different. Well constructed though.

Cask@Brew Wharf. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is lots of fruity hops, some mild floral notes as well as some herbal and mildly spicy notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden and a bit earthy as well. Rather pleasantly balanced.

13th August 2010. On tap at Brew Wharf. A pint and a half courtesy of Ang (reakt) and brewer Phil. Very much appreciate the pint Phil - especially after the kicking I gave ’Three Lions’! Clear gold beer - suddy white head. Light hops on the nose. Light clean palate. Immediate fresh hops - grassy, piney and some grapefruit. Minerals and then a hoppy finish and aftertaste. A great flavour for it’s abv. Could well imagine drinking a few pints of this in the sunshine without any worries of getting too heady.

From cask at the Brew Wharf. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mild citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Citrusy and bitter peachy into a medium dry hoppy finish. Fruity and smooth dry finish. Lovely.
