8-3-7-4-15 Can, one month after canning. Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow, with a small creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid with floral notes and berries, as well as notes of candy and melons. Medium body, with average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, with tart notes of white berries, fruit peel and minerals, as well melons and candy.
