On tap @ Bergen �lfestival. Pours clear dark yellow, with no head. Aroma is honey, light tart earthy notes and apples, as well as wine grapes, tannins and wooden barrels. Creamy body, with no carbonation. Flavour is light tart apples and earthy minerals, sweet honey and heather, as well as wine grapes and tannins. No alco sting. Dangerously drinkable!
