Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, crosta di panettone, liquirizia, frutta secca, un accenno di resinoso, agrumi, arancia rossa, mandarino, erbe aromatiche, spezie, frutta passita, mandorla fresca, lievito e banana.

Review according to BJCP2008 (style 17C). Bottle 75cl - batch unknown. AROMA: complex malt and esters aroma with notes of caramel, black cherries, some chocolate and dry figs. a low sour aroma is present. APPEARANCE: dark reddish-brown and very clear. slightly tanned head with good retention. TASTE: malty flavour with notes of cherries, caramel, raisins and a sweet-and-sour profile more to the sweet side. low bitterness. PALATE: medium body. moderate carbonation. finishes sweet and tart. OVERALL: a very interesting belgian Brown ale with a nice cherry like profile.
