Bottle. Black creamy pour. Aroma of earthy coffee, roasted malt and creamy mocha. Taste has creamy mocha, latte coffee, some chocolate and earthy notes. Sweeter than I thought, but nice.

Bottle at Gekke Geit. Black with small light brown head. Massive coffee! Not just plain coffee but a really nice good quality roast. Nuts, toffee, alcohol, burnt toast, dark berries, caramel. Quite sweet with a decent amount of roasted bitterness. Over medium bodied. Great aroma, especially the nose. Taste is good too but not as nice as the huge coffee nose.

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, coffee, alcohol, and bread. The flavor is roasted malt, alcohol, dark chocolate, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Sampled from draft at Kimchi Festival 2016. Big espresso dark roast up front. Burnt chocolate malts, coffee. Quite sweet, deep coffee bitter. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very nice coffee beer! Very fresh and deep roast aroma. (Poured severely cold and yet amazing aroma’s). Had it again the next day and let it warm. Good stuff. // again from tap at Jopen kerk. Amazing coffee aroma.
