A truly pale blonde in colour, this beer is heavily hopped to give a really refreshing citrus-hop kick. Pineapple, Peach & Grapefruit hop flavours abound in levels that are such that you don’t need to read the tasting notes to spot them…

From cask. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and dry spiced. Sweet malty, mild peachy and slight citrusy fruity. Fruity and slight bitter finish.

Cask at the Kingston Arms, Cambridge. Rather good! Starts with a rather uninspiring straw coloured pint with a thin white head; but then displays a complex aroma with a mixture of fresh grains and biscuit; rich honey and fruity flavour to start, then a sharply bitter and peppery finish, leaving a prickly feeling in the mouth.
