Cask @ Gallows Bird Real Ale Festval 2014

Pours clear yellow with a bubbly head. Aroma of citrus, grass and caramely malts. Taste is light, fruity and bitter with massive amounts of hops, hints of citrus and grapefruit. Finish is extremely hoppy, bitter and slightly fruity with long lasting hoppy notes. Nice.

Cask @ Gallows Bird ⅩⅦ Real Ale Festival
Aroma is a bit musty with some fruity hops and hints of grain. Also pineapples. Flavour is hoppy with woody tones, some minerals and fruits. Finishes with lingering hops. Also hints of caramel. Nice and hoppy; a positive surprise.

Cask at The Anchor, Digbeth, Birmingham. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is creamy caramel and fruit. The flavour is medium bitter with a hop bitter slightly fruity barnyard palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and a long bitter finish.

(Cask at Castle, Chancery Lane, London, 18 July 2011) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, lemon peel and grass. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, lemon and generous doses of grassy, citric hops in a dry finish. Light malt character, quite dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A light golden beer with a thin yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 10, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, toasted, white malt, light to light moderate hoppy, citrus, lime. Flavor is light moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100803]

Cask (GBBF 2010) - Gold in colour. Citrus aroma with hints of tangy grapefruit and pineapple. Hoppy and tangy taste with hints of grapefruit, lemon and tea.

Light pale gold beer with no real head. Low carbonation. Light dry palate. Nice fresh citrus hops. Lemon and grapefruit. Finishes light and airy. Nice.

Cask@Bishops Stortford Beer Festival 2010. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grass, fruits, some mild wood and herbs. Flavour is rather citrusy with some earth and mild notes nectar. Not very bitter.
