Om cask at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - lemon and biscuits. Taste - lemon drizzle cake. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy yet crunchy texture and a long dry crunchy finish. Overall - like this. Challenging but good.

Cask at CBC Clerks - London. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. Crispy biscuit in the nose, some grass, straw. Light sweet flavour with more crispy pale malts, light bitter grain and hay. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Findings with nips of lemon peel, hay, more biscuity sweetness. Nice one.
