Cask (backlog). Deep goldeny orange colour with no head. Aroma is sweet apples, some yeasty dry notes as well as some funky and mild sourness as well. Flavour is quite similar, but the sourness and mild vinegary notes make it a rather tasty sweetish sour and quite dry cider.

On gravity at the Cornubia, Bristol 30/05/09. Pale gold, slightly hazy with slight carbonation. A refreshing cider, inclining towards dryness, with some tart apple fruit and a touch of the barnyard in the background. Good stuff.
