Cask (gravity) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear dark black brown color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, coffee, berry notes, spiced wood and licorice notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spiced, nutmeg notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20101130]

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Black no head. Spie wood nutmeg. Not heavy but definitely there. Some smoke like bonfire. Some roast. Juicy in mouth. Ok but I am not a huge spice fan
