Pours clear, bit darker yellow. Small white head. Scent is gentle, floral / fruity hops take the lead. Taste is hop-forward, crisp and dry. Refreshing Pale Ale.

Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Soapy golden ale. Good condition but just that soap is too much. Ascetic citrus aroma
