Draft. A black beer with a red shine under a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of tobacco, roasted malt, alcohol, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of wood, spices, and roasted malt as well as lighter notes of soy sauce and staranise, leading to a very dry finish due to a low level of residual sugar.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 1 Oct 2010) Very dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty nose with chocolate and dark bread. Malty, roasted taste with notes of dark bread, coffee and dried fruit. Medium body, fairly dry, with a decent coffee bitterness. A bit fruity for a porter. Decent, but it never really takes off.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Near black with beige head. Fruity licorice aroma. Mid dry with grainy malt. Medium bodied with plenty of aniseed. Feels more like a salty fruity ale with plenty of aniseed than an average porter.
