Bottle. Pours hazy nutty brown with medium white head. Aroma is subdued with notes of overripe apples, malt, yeast and barn. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint acidic. Body is syrupy with mild carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes that follow the nose plus hints of soy sauce and cinnamon.

500 ml body. A clear amber body with a big, foamy tan head. Aroma has malt, caramel, nuts, toast and some Christmas spices. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, bread, dry fruit, moderate bitterness and spices in the background. Medium body and decent aftertaste. Quite OK, but rather anonymous and easy to forget.

Bottled at Carlsens Kvarter, Odense. Hazy nut brown, small head. Caramelly nose. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded syrupy mouthfeel. Toffeeish and quite eventless, the spices seem tired. Low bitterness.
